TEDx Speaker Coaching Costs, What a Fee Cannot Guarantee
Compare the written deliverables before comparing figures. The published Indian amounts below cover one TEDx specialist offer and separate speaker-business programme records with different jobs to do.
India TEDx coaching, published starting price
₹59,999
12-week speaker-business programme, legacy record
₹4,00,000
Published Indian figures checked in September 2026. The ₹1,80,000 and ₹4,00,000 records cover a different, non-TEDx-specific 12-week scope, so they are not selection tiers or selection odds.

In brief
There is no single comparable TEDx speaker-coaching price because published offers differ by country, delivery and whether they cover applications, talk development or ongoing support. In 2026, ProImpact lists an India starting price of ₹59,999, while other published speaker-business programmes have different scopes, and no coaching fee can buy TEDx speaker selection.
What’s in the price
| Item | Cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| End-to-end TEDx coaching | ₹59,999 starting | ProImpact’s published India starting price in 2026 covers idea, script, storytelling, stage presence, rehearsals and organiser outreach. It does not state a session count. |
| Speaker-business programme | ₹1,80,000 | Rohini Mundra’s 2026 catalogue record for a 12-week programme for speakers, trainers and coaches building an expert-led offer. It is not TEDx-specific coaching. |
| Speaker-business programme, legacy version | ₹4,00,000 | Rohini Mundra’s 2026 legacy record for the 12-week Academy structure. Treat it as a separate versioned record, not a current TEDx-coaching quote. |
| Ongoing international coaching package | £2,997 + VAT | Academy of Coaching & Training’s published 2026 UK package includes training, application coaching and ongoing support. It is an international price and should not be treated as an INR comparison. |
What moves the price
Programme version
+₹2,20,000Rohini Mundra’s 2026 catalogue and legacy Academy records differ by ₹2,20,000. The two records require a written scope check because they are versioned speaker-business offers, not interchangeable TEDx packages.
Private delivery instead of group delivery
+$1,250Bean’s published 2026 descriptive pricing lists six-week group coaching at $1,250 and 4–6 one-to-one sessions across about eight weeks at $2,500. The price difference accompanies a different delivery format and timeline.
Five-session versus ten-session intensive
+$5,050Paid to Speak’s published 2026 figures list a five-session programme at $2,450 and a ten-session intensive at $7,500. More sessions change the coaching scope, not the organiser’s control over selection.
Legitimate ways to pay less
- 1.Check whether the target TEDx event accepts submissions before buying application support.
- 2.Request one written total that names taxes, payment schedule, delivery, access, feedback and cancellation terms.
- 3.Buy only the stage of support you need, such as rehearsal for an already accepted speaker rather than a longer application-and-development programme.
- 4.Reject any commercial promise that treats coaching as a route to a guaranteed invitation, selection, publication or audience outcome.
Pay for preparation, not a promise
A coaching engagement can help develop an idea, organise sources, rehearse delivery and check an event’s published submission route. TED’s 2026 speaker guidance says each independently organised TEDx team sets its own selection process, and some events do not accept speaker submissions.
TED’s rules also state that TEDx events may neither pay nor charge speakers. A coaching invoice is therefore separate from the event, and it must not be presented as payment for a place on stage.
The boundary that changes what you are paying for
Use the process below to separate work a coach may support from decisions retained by a local TEDx team. The diagram is a buying check, not a selection forecast.
The line between preparation and selection
Questions to put in writing before paying
- Which work is included: idea development, source review, structure, draft feedback, rehearsal, delivery or application support?
- How many live sessions, draft reviews and recorded rehearsals are included?
- Is the offer for an application-stage client, an accepted speaker, or either?
- What is the full total, including taxes, payment schedule, access period and cancellation terms?
- Does the provider explicitly exclude invitations, selection, publication, view counts and business outcomes from its commitment?
- Does the target event accept submissions, and has it published a submission route?
A lower-cost workshop can suit a bounded speaking-practice need. It is not a substitute for a longer programme merely because both use the word “speaker”.
